We work with multiple species of exotic and domestic woods to get these beautiful results. These boards are built with FDA approved glue and finished with FDA approved finishes. All boards get soaked in mineral oil followed by having a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax buffed into the board to not only bring out the beautiful natural colors of the wood, but also to protect the board from water and food penetration.
